At Vaibhavi World Holidays, we strive to provide exceptional travel experiences and transparent booking policies. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations, refunds, and changes to bookings are handled for services booked through https://vaibhaviworld.com/.
1. General Policy
By booking any travel service with us (including tour packages, hotel bookings, transport, or other services), you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of this policy.
Please note that refunds are only applicable to eligible bookings as per the conditions below and are subject to applicable cancellation charges.
2. Cancellation by Customer
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing via email at vaibhaviworld.com@gmail.com or contact us at +91-94103 29933.
Cancellation charges will be applied as follows (unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation):
30 days or more before travel date: 80% of the total package cost will be refunded.
15–29 days before travel date: 50% of the total package cost will be refunded.
7–14 days before travel date: 25% of the total package cost will be refunded.
Less than 7 days before travel date: No refund will be provided.
Note: Flight, train, and bus tickets are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the respective carriers and may incur separate fees.
3. Cancellation by Vaibhavi World Holidays
In rare cases where we must cancel a tour or service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, insufficient bookings, or other emergencies), customers will be offered the following options:
A full refund of the paid amount, OR
The option to transfer the booking to a future tour or travel date of the customer’s choice (subject to availability).
4. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
Please allow 7–14 business days after cancellation approval for the refund to reflect in your account.
Any transaction or payment gateway charges deducted by third parties (e.g., banks, payment processors, Razorpay) are non-refundable.
5. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable once booked:
Visa and permit fees.
Government taxes and service charges.
Any service marked as “non-refundable” at the time of booking.
No refund for unused portions of the package such as missed sightseeing, meals, accommodation, or transportation.
6. Changes & Rescheduling
Requests for rescheduling travel dates must be submitted at least 15 days before the departure date.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Date changes are not permitted within 7 days of the departure date.
7. Force Majeure
Vaibhavi World Holidays will not be liable for cancellations, delays, or refunds caused by events beyond our control, such as:
Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, landslides).
Political unrest, strikes, or government restrictions.
Airline or transport cancellations due to weather or operational issues.
In such cases, refunds (if any) will be processed in accordance with our suppliers’ and partners’ refund policies.
8. Jurisdiction for Disputes
Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings related to bookings, cancellations, or refunds shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
