3. Booking Terms

Bookings can be made through our website, email, or authorized representatives.
A minimum advance payment (as mentioned in your booking invoice) is required to confirm your reservation.
Full payment must be completed before the commencement of the tour unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices listed on our website are subject to change due to seasonal variations, currency fluctuations, or third-party supplier adjustments.

4. Payment Terms

Payments can be made via online transfer, Razorpay, debit/credit cards, UPI, or other approved payment methods.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds will be governed by our official Returns & Refunds Policy.

Cancellations made 30 days before travel date are eligible for a partial refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of travel date are non-refundable.
Refunds for flights, trains, or buses depend on the respective carriers’ policies.

6. Changes to Bookings

Requests for changes (such as travel dates, destinations, or package upgrades) must be submitted at least 15 days prior to the departure date.
Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

7. Obligations of Travelers

By booking with us, you agree to:

Provide accurate personal information (name, age, ID proof, etc.) for all travelers.
Ensure possession of valid travel documents (passport, visa, permits).
Follow local laws, rules, and regulations during the trip.
Behave respectfully with guides, fellow travelers, and local communities.

8. Health, Safety & Insurance

It is the traveler’s responsibility to be medically fit for travel.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering health, cancellations, and lost belongings.
Vaibhavi World Holidays will not be held responsible for any medical emergencies, accidents, or loss of personal items.

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes to itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Weather conditions affecting transport or accommodation

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid to us for the booked services.
